What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Franklin Park Austin

It's close by to a shopping center and a lot of restaurants. It's right by a major highway, 10 min drive to downtown.

I love the green spaces and opportunity to recreate outside. Lots of walking or hiking paths etc. we have an amazing view too

Our neighborhood is literally 7 minutes from our work office. The schools both kids go to are also literally 7 minutes away. We have quick access to IH-35 and 183.

I like how I can mind my own business and skate whenever I want without anyone complaining because everyone is really nice to each other.

What I like about the neighborhood is that there is near schools for children to go to. There is a dollar general close by if you need to stop by quick and buy something.

What is unique about my neighborhood is that it is small and easy to navigate. There is not much of local businesses around her just a dollar general store. I like to go to mcdonalds with friends and family because I love fries.
