What Renters Like and Dislike About East Cesar Chavez Austin

I like how eclectic it is. Our neighborhood is colorful and vibrant, with a mix of traditional, cottage like, and modern homes. There are also plenty of (expensive) small-business owned restaurants and drink stations. Every one with their own creative spin. I've actually started to feel like i don't belong with this population. It seems like a town meant for young singles, not young single moms. But it is nearby downtown which I love.

I love being close to downtown where there is great food options and nightlife. I also like how walkable it is.

I like that the bus stops right next to my building and I can walk to some stores.There are not enough real grocery stores close by. The local HEB doesn't offer delivery for one thing. It takes two busses and a lot of walking in between to get to the HEB from my building. It might be easier to take a single route to a location that is twice as far away.

All my family works and takes care of they kids and I love that omg that makeing Me so happy and I love kids
