What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Coronado Hills Austin

I like the location compared to everything else in Austin. I also like the proximity to stores and parks. There's also a close library and my mom lives nearby.

Two highways are really close and also there's usually no traffic unless it's high traffic hour. Also I could walk to the convenient store

It's an older neighborhood with some new housing options. I love the quiet streets. Cool shops include Blue Genie at Christmas. Community yoga classes at Acc Highland. Nervous Charlie's and Steamies are two great restaurants.

I like that it's walkable and can go to near to groceries shops and could go walking to a park and go to school safely

The way the community looks over each other. We use boards in our neighborhood parks for art work and positive quotes.
