What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Donelson - Hermitage - Old Hickory Nashville

I like how close my neighborhood is to downtown Nashville. It's also a short drive to the mall. Plus I live right off the interstate so I can be anywhere in about 15-20 minutes.

It feels like a Community, people look out for each other. It's a well established neighborhood with people that really care about it and each other. I also love the big trees.

I think the bar near our neighborhood is very popular. Many people go there every weekendAnd on weekends, a lot of people get together and have parties

There are lots of neighborhood and state parks to visit. That's where my family and I usually spend most weekends.

I love that we have a grocery store and some restaurants right down the street. I love the family friendly events that happen and that I can walk around safely at night.

The multicultural families with school-age kids that all play together. And the other Moms are friendly
