What Renters Like and Dislike About Tree Streets Johnson City

My neighborhood is unique because you can easily walk and access all of downtown as well as a park that is dog friendly. My favorite local businesses are patriot popcorn store, the generalist general store, and wild wing cafe restaurant. I like going on walks downtown with my partner or to the park with her and our dogs.

I like that there are a range of living options (apartments, townhomes, traditional one-family homes). I love the downtown area, especially Atlantic Alehouse. It is nice that the neighborhood is dog friendly, since I have a dog myself. There are nice areas within a drivable distance to hike, shop, and do other activities with friends and families. Living in the mountains is also a perk in the fall, it is absolutely beautiful at that time of the year.

Did I do not always have to use a car I can just as easily walk somewhere or catch a bus. The two stores I go to the most are within four blocks either way

Peaceful, friendly people, it is close to bus stops and everyone watches out for each other. We have parties in the summer and we do christmas block party in winter

I like my neighbors, very easy to get along with. I like the mountainous scenery. I like how relatively close stores and restaraunts are.

There is nothing unique about my neighborhood. It's just a college kid neighborhood. There's nothing really too local, but I do go to the gas station to get snacks a lot. I go to the mall, but that's not really local.
