Our neighborhood is just residential and no businesses nearby. It is a quiet neighborhood and most people are retired.

It's quieter than most neighborhoods. It has excellent lighting. And it is easy to do a 2 mile walk with family.

Close to downtown. There is a park with a lake 3 blocks away. Within great driving distance of everything in town

I have a car, but, there is a bus stop right out front of my apartment building, so if the time ever comes that I don't drive anymore, I can take the bus. There's some resturants nearby also,
