What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About The Congaree Vista Columbia

There is a shopping area within a short driving distance which is convenient. My neighbor hood is close enough to the mountains that we can drive there in 30 minutes. There is a library close by. There is a nice park within walking distance.

It has great and easy access to public transportation with most places you need being right down the street. It's about a 20min drive from fun activities.

It is in a quiet area with many retired people. It seems to be a family community. I also take advantage of the nature preserve that is about a mile away.

The hotel service nearby is very good. I've been there a few times with friends, and the school is close to home. It's easy for the kids to go to school every day

Our neighborhood is very quiet. Our street does not get a lot of traffic and the children enjoying riding bikes without the worry of fast traffic.

There is a lot if parks and trail space in my neighborhood. Also there are good schools with playgrounds and open space.
