What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Shandon Columbia

Walking distance to shops and grocery store.like going to local restaurants that are near by. Lots of sidewalks.

Mostly quiet, older homes with mature landscaping, diverse families, easy to get to landmarks and old town for restaurants and strolling around at the park.

Unique housing, not a cookie cutter development. I like that housing and people are unique and diverse.

thetownhomes are attractive and the grounds are well kepts. It has nice casual restaurants nearby.tt is

I like the corner cafe,So I can go to have coffee with my friends, very satisfiedGo for coffee and talk with your partner

One of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. Franchise restaurant are not allowed so we have wonderful places to eat. Nearby shopping is local and often our neighbor. I have a favorite restaurant that has a monthly wine tasting (but not since the pandemic).
