What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Old Shandon Columbia

Unique housing, not a cookie cutter development. I like that housing and people are unique and diverse.

I like the corner cafe,So I can go to have coffee with my friends, very satisfiedGo for coffee and talk with your partner

One of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. Franchise restaurant are not allowed so we have wonderful places to eat. Nearby shopping is local and often our neighbor. I have a favorite restaurant that has a monthly wine tasting (but not since the pandemic).

Dead end road. House of pizza local restaurant. Like going with friends to the bar about 10 minutes down the road
