What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Downtown Columbia

It has great and easy access to public transportation with most places you need being right down the street. It's about a 20min drive from fun activities.

It is in a quiet area with many retired people. It seems to be a family community. I also take advantage of the nature preserve that is about a mile away.

The hotel service nearby is very good. I've been there a few times with friends, and the school is close to home. It's easy for the kids to go to school every day

Our neighborhood is very quiet. Our street does not get a lot of traffic and the children enjoying riding bikes without the worry of fast traffic.

I like how everything is within walking distance. It makes things much simpler for my wife and I. I also like how connected members of the neighborhood are to one another.

Safety, lots of convenient places to walk my dog, pretty landscaping, good sized and nice apartment
