What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About University City Philadelphia

The only thing good about my neighborhood is the stores and they all close early because of the violence in the neighborhood

I like going out of my neighborhood to have fun because it's too dangerous in mine we go out to eat and the movies downtown

I love the people that work across the street. They're really cool and nice. I like how accessible transportation is whether bus or trolley. I also like the wide streets very open.

There are nearby grocery stores and restaurants. MY neighborhood is also close to center city and downtown.

I like the scenery around the houses here. There are also sufficient resources for those who have a way to get around.

I think that it's a nice quiet street, there's lots of things nearby like shop rite and wawa, and the schools are all in fairly close by
