What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About River Wards Philadelphia

It's cute! There's lots of nice bars and restaurants. I like that there's a lot of small parks. I would like some more stores and corner stores they aren't just bars

I like going downtown Our philly cheesesteak is a popular in my city and we're the home of the best nfl team 2023 eagles

The older people still know each other. Yuppies are kinda ignorant and rude. We usually go to malls or breakfast

All nationalities, sunshine laundromat, usually we will go to northeast Philadelphia for drinks or maybe go to a Phillies game in south philly or even take a stroll in pennypack park

Not terribly expensive. Can walk to bank, stores. If I want to go anywhere with friends, it would be out of neighborhood.

Nothing is unique. The only place is really downtown and there's alot of arcades , restaurants , I would go downtown with my family to go shopping or go out to eat or even go the parks , it's dangerous but you just have to be careful
