What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Center City West Philadelphia

I love that I can walk most places; Philadelphia is a walkable city 2. I love that when I walk outside I just turn the corner and I see Rittenhouse Square which is lovely 3. I love that there are a lot of good restaurants in walking distance

I think our community can carry out more activities, so that we can make more friends and enrich our daily life. My favorite business place is the restaurant next to the community. My family and I like its taste very much, and we go there every weekend

There are lots of great restaurants and some, like Harper's Garden and Parc that have fun outdoor areas! We have some great museums, like the Franklin Institute and the Academy of Natural Sciences which are short walks from our condo. There are some neat activities for our kids, like SPIN Philadelphia and Lucky Strike Bowling which are easily walkable.

A lot of unique and historical buildings. A lot of businesses, restaurants and shops with variety of food options. Grocery and specialty stores near by. Public places to enjoy.

It's walkable to the subway, to bars and restaurants, to my gym and yoga studio. It has really great local businesses as well.
