What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Cedar Park Philadelphia

i like my neighbors they are good people generally. they are doing the best they can and are nice people that have circumstances

It's convenient to public transportation and markets. Also, things are so close and easily accessible

Nothing it's shooting all the time my kids can't even go outside to play on any giving time sticking you up taking u phone

I like how the neighborhood is very diverse with many valuable and interesting resources close together. There are also a range of outdoors spaces like parks and small wildlife spaces nearby.

I don't have any friends In my neighborhood so it's just me and my brothers and sisters we don't talk to anymore

I know most of my neighbors on my block. It is a very queer/transgender neighborhood where neighbors are respectful of pronouns. There's a lot of queer families with young kids. There's a historic cemetery a few blocks up. There's easy access to the Schuylkill River down the hill. Several parks. The papi stores and Chinese stores have good owners and employees. There's good people here. Philly truly is a city of neighborhoods.
