What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Northeast Neighbors Salem

Neighbors are mostly good. Trees are nice. Can walk to Downtown to the mall. Nice parks not too far away but will always be homeless people there.

Lots of families. Good school district. Close to shopping. Lots of green. Houses around mine are nice

We started a neighborhood circle in our yard. Most.nice days we have 7-12 people out visiting. Other neighbors will slow down and Honk and wave. I have 3 bowls in yard with fresh water for people walking their dogs.

My neighborhood is in the middle of everything 5 minute drive to just about anywhere. Very quiet considering its the capital of the state

Close to downtown. Easy to drive location. There are alot of nice restrictions and bars to eat at close by. The university is really close. So alot of college kids around.

It's beautiful, old, and homely. The neighbors are all generous and lovely people who love to help you.
