What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Piedmont Portland

Everything is close by. Lots of cafes. You don't need a car to get around. There are a variety of restaurants/cuisines in our area and our family loves Rosa's Pizzeria.

We live right next to the Columbia River so we have a very nice view. I live amongst mostly retred couples who have a very good income, makes for a more pleasant living experience.

I like being able to walk to the park and the public library is near also the community center where I can swim or lift weights for exercise.

i like being so close to the restaurants i like. too bad im not allowed outside, but yeah the walkability is pretty top tier here. i could walk to subway from here

I like to take a walk with Teddy in the community park every night. On weekends, I will be alone in a nearby coffee shop, and occasionally go to the cinema to watch new interesting movies.

There is a park nearby. I also enjoy the local neighborhood strip of businesses. Most neighbors are nice.
