What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Pearl Portland

I love my neighborhood. I moved here from Raleigh, NC and they have a horrible public transportation system. I can walk to everything I need. If I need to go across town I can talk the bus, trolly or train.

The management of our community is really good, very humane, and will hold a variety of community activities, and the activities are very meaningful and interesting.

Public transportation is right outside the door. The building is secure. It is in Chinatown where there were (pre pandemic) good Chinese restaurants.

Its former warehouses and railways corridor is now home to modern high-rise condo buildings, warehouses converted into lofts, upscale shops and restaurants and art galleries.
