What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Overlook Portland

We live right next to the Columbia River so we have a very nice view. I live amongst mostly retred couples who have a very good income, makes for a more pleasant living experience.

I like being able to walk to the park and the public library is near also the community center where I can swim or lift weights for exercise.

i like being so close to the restaurants i like. too bad im not allowed outside, but yeah the walkability is pretty top tier here. i could walk to subway from here

There is a park nearby. I also enjoy the local neighborhood strip of businesses. Most neighbors are nice.

There are fruit trees all over the place, along the strip. It's nice being able to pick, eat, and take some to the horse.

its quiet, not to many cars, theres a lot of birds and trees. yet its not too far away from stores.it feels safe and friendly
