What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About North Tabor Portland

There is a skate park, and a bike park. More than 10 restaurants in walking distance. Excellent views ov mount hood and mount saint helens.

The fact the schools are close and in walking distance and also my apartments are low income based. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and peaceful outside the apartment complex. The parks are definitely kid and pet friendly!

I have a bus stop near me, train stop, shops 8 minutes away and supermarkets. I like to go to the nearby parks with my family.

I feel relatively safe. I have easy access to highways. I have quick access to necessities like groceries and gas.

Living in my neighborhood is living in a small suburb type of area of Portland. It is is only minutes by car, public transit, biking to anything you could imagine...food, shop, outdoors, art, etc. I love that is a well established area with homes that are upkept and renovated to the past glory. It has a small town feel right smack dab in the middle of a swirling hubbub.

My neighborhood is in the middle of everything a school a hospital a park and many stores to get things i need
