Getting to Know King, OR

King is right in the middle of the most up-and-coming areas in Northeast Portland and down the road from the Alberta Arts District. King possesses a similarly eclectic, laid-back vibe as it neighboring communities of Humboldt, Irvington, Boise. This self-contained neighborhood provides almost everything a resident could need: access to grocery stores, mom-and-pop shops, tons of restaurants and, of course, many housing options. The tree-lined streets are filled with bungalows, cottages, Craftsman and newer homes. As the population of PDX rises, many have flocked to this area, causing home prices to rise.
