What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Hollywood Portland

Very quiet neighborhood not a busy long street. But, grocery store is only walking distance. It's not far from grocery stores and major department stores but it's quiet when you turn into our street

I like how close my home is to the Bart station. I like how close my home is to the grocery stores. My home is located in a very convenient location as well.

Elizabeth Park, Automall Parkway shopping complex. We have Fremont hub also. We are near Union City & Milpitas so shopping is accessible on both sides. We also have 2 BART stations.

Close to park and also close to MRT system. Also hospital also near by and shopping area just 10 mins drive.

There is a skate park, and a bike park. More than 10 restaurants in walking distance. Excellent views ov mount hood and mount saint helens.

It is a diversified community. It's comprised of white, asian and latino families. We'd like go walking to the nearby parks.
