What Renters Like and Dislike About Alberta Arts District Portland

I don't have anything to say about it right now at the moment. I gave my opinion already on what I think.

It is a nice neighborhood with small modest houses. Nice neighbors around the streets Friendly people are in the houses. Flowers are in yards.

It is a walkable neighborhood fairly well lit no litter. It is walkable to grocery stores, smaller stores and parks and restaurants iLike going to local bars and restaurants in my neighborhood.

there are many different things that you may wish for your future in life that will make your lives a perfect

I like the walk ability of the neighborhood. I like the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. I like walking to the nearby theater.

It is a very walkable neighborhood. It's a good mix of residential and businesses. You get to know people which is nice.

Alberta Arts District is a hip, vibrant and colorful community that has seen a resurgence in the last decade or so. Its residential streets include Craftsman-style bungalows with raised garden beds that have vegetables pouring out of their lawns. Families walk their kids to school, then bike to the grocery store to get locally sourced ingredients. This self-sustaining neighborhood is also bathed in the arts and still maintains its artsy, gritty roots. Alberta Street is its central hub. There are no big-box retail stores. Instead, you will see murals covering the outside walls of cafes, shops and art galleries. Longstanding blue-collar businesses coexist with scrapbooking stores, curated children's books shops and restaurants like Tin Shed, that's packed for brunch on the weekends.
