Neighbors are friendly, houses are well maintained. I am comfortable having friends and family over.

The people is good around me and also loyalty people they are good people there behaviors, talking, and people bonding is so good

No crime in our area. Close to schools. Great walking area. Lots of families . Everyone watches out for each other.

Our neighborhood has a nice, slightly distant view of the ocean, and we can see a gorgeous sunset most days. We have great eclectic restaurants nearby with yummy Italian and Mexican cuisine.

Our neighborhood is near the beach which is nice and for the most part it's sunny year round. A lot of nice restaurants nearby but wish there were more.
