My neighborhood is near the big city. Have a few walkable coffee options, but you have to walk with a buddy and when it's day time. Not a lot to do with family though.

It's a smaller neighborhood. Not a lot of outside traffic. Stores and shops nearby. Good schools and parks

I like that it's walking distance to many busnisses. I like being able to take a walk with my family to get something to eat.

Very friendly and most everyone decorates for the holidays. We have save mart and Walmart near by and also close to restaurants and freeway access

Well maintained and very new. I love shopping at our local Costco. Downtown is at the foot of the Sierras.

Our neighborhood is very multicultural with amazing places to eat within walking distance. I have a favorite Mexican chicken cart at Allen and Lombard intersection, Lima Peruvian Restaurant, The Frying Scotsman foodcart, Clockwork Rose Steampunk Teahouse, and then the whole Beaverton Farmer's Market which is open most of the year. I enjoy walking on the Fanno Creek Trail, and through the neighborhood of Old Town Beaverton.
