What Renters Like and Dislike About Belmont Dayton

I like we can drive quickly to services. Our family is also five minutes away from our house. We like being in this part of our town.

I like how quiet it is and for the most part everyone keeps to themselves. There's a mall nearby that has a ton of dining options. We like going to the stores and restaurants over there.

This is the neighborhood where I grew up, my children grew up, and now my grandchildren are growing up. We have great schools, park, and neighbors. We are close enough to the big city, but we don't have the problems of a big city.

Mutual ownership community. We have local stores on our property and a city school. We are unique and many families have lived here for more than one generation.

I have lived here for 60 years. We have a mix of people that have been here for years and are empty nester and young families just starting out. Shopping is easy, lots of restaurants, and great schools, parks, and recreation.

There is a Kroger, Applebees and a park all within walking distance. Almost everyone has a dog or cat. The dog walkers are friendly. The neighborhood is unique at Halloween. The parents walk their children for Trick or Treating. Stop and visit the home owners and the other parents.
