Kids are safe playing outside, neighbors look out for each other and packages on porches, it's built like a maze which could deter criminals. There are many local hangouts I've gone to with residents of my neighborhood; bar/restaurants. Our neighborhood has a pool that's costs are met by resident yearly fees.

The ambience of the complex I live in and the proximity of local businesses restaurants and shopping centers

I like how many trees there are in our neighborhood, and there are creeks nearby. I also like that we are so close two parks.

I like living on a tree lined single street neighborhood. The neighborhood is close to the highway so convenient to work and stores. The neighborhood is quiet even though it is close to train tracks and an airport.

I love that I feel safe in my neighborhood. I love that there are a lot of families and that we are close to great schools.
