What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About University District Columbus

My neighborhood is in a college town so there are always lots of house parties going on. There are a ton of bars and restaurants nearby & they are always busy, especially on the weekends. I enjoy going out to bars with friends.

There's an airport nearby. The kids can play outside in the open space. It is usually pretty peaceful

I like the frie.ndly neighbors and the total acceptance by all. There is a very lively main street within one block that is lined wirh restaurants and shops.

I live very close to at least a dozen restaurants the I like and patronize on a regular basis. I can walk just about everywhere and that is a good thing because parking can be very scarce at times.

I like to go to nearby local restaurants. Then afterwards go out for ice cream. There is a lot of small breweries making it unique.

i like that it's close to restaurants and bars. i like that i can walk to the bus stop. i like that there are a lot of local business around to support.
