Some architecture is really beautiful, access to a lot nearby parks, the families that live by who have been living nearby for generations.

1 thing is it is very safe. Another thing is that it's quiet. And another is it feels like a community.

My neighborhood is conveniently set for grocery shopping, doctor's office is within walking distance on a good day; and also fastfood restaurants are about two blocks from front door. I enjoy going for walks in on either of the two parks that are within walking distance; especially on warm clear days-

I love that the streets are tree line and everyone's lawn is nicely maintained. Also it's close to local shopping and dining options

We do have friendly neighbors that try to keep their lawns mowed. We are close to public stores that offer shopping
