We are backed to the nature trails and park, this allows you to enjoy nature, and it is part of the city trail, connected to the entire city. One can bike to any area of the city and not worry about traffic.

There is a park and restaurants within walking distance to where I live. The proximity to the highway is a great advantage. I don't have to fight with traffic very often.

We have a very strong sense of community. People are friendly here, we watch out for each other and the kids. There is also a lot of wildlife, despite being on the city. It's pleasant.
