Residents in the neighborhood are all very friendly and help cultivate a good community. Personal relationships with neighbors, especially those within healthcare and law enforcement, help the neighborhood feel closer and safer.

It's usually quiet and well maintained. Have swimming pool and round the clock maintenance. I like that its well lit at night and buildings have amenities.

My neighborhood has a variety of restaurants near by. Grocery is only a few minutes away. Schools are good for childrens education.

I love that our neighborhood has a lot of bars and restaurants to go to. Not a lot of family oriented places but other stuff
