I like the general aesthetic. It's near parks. And it's near local business. As well as close to everything.

Every person on my block will help you out in any way by bending over backwards taking you somewhere anything.

A good parking and quite place. Neighborhood are nice and friendly a safe place to walk . And it's close to the downtown so it's good

I love going to the park down the street and the restaurant that's also walking distance. I love how close everything is.

The neighborhood is very clean and people are friendly. It is walkable to some things and there is a good school right around the corner.

Bike & walking trails close. Close to highways and shopping areas. Schools are close, public schools are becoming too politically correct.
