What Renters Like and Dislike About Southpoint Durham

All families with kids, but, not always loud, i lovev that. Also, there are lots good restaurants nearby

It's a good school nearby and it's close to home, it's easy for the kids to go to school, it's a good school environment

its quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. there are so many resturants nearby and all the bug retail stores are nearby too.

Gates and the grass is green the crime rate is nearly zero. McDonald's is close by and all the workers know me by name. My job is two blocks away from my house so I can walk to work on good days. I love being in America!

It's quiet and people leave me alone. I am a loner and people around here tend to keep to themselves. and that is a characteristic that i highly value in others.

The country setting with a 2 acre yard...lots of trees and wildlife and quietness!! I am still a couple of miles away from the mall, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, drug stores and everything else one needs to survive. I love it
