What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About University City North Charlotte

I like how safe I feel going on walk and runs. I can walk to Starbucks. There is enough sidewalks so I can go on runs, and it's very quiet and reserved here.

It has got many groceries story near by. It has also got good transportation I also we have some good neighbor community., I really like the community. We have got some good restaurants and bars near the community

I like that there is a bus to my school there. It is also close to the train. The people at the leasing office are pretty helpful for problems.

I like that my best friend lives next door because we just got to play basketball together and we just be outside chilling whenever we want

Not a lot of houses Walmart an the strip mall are very close an plenty eating places close there is nothing else to say about it

It is a quite neighborhood and community for older people to live as well as young. It has great food areas close to the neighborhood.
