I like that the buildings are new, although not non-expensive there are a few places to eat within walking distance

It is family friendly with nearby outdoor parks. It has nearby kayak fishing spots. Outdoor walking trails are closeby too.

It id older but homes in great condition. Close to shopping. Well maintained homes. Increasing home values.

There are a lot of shops nearby, and there are a lot of bars and restaurants, so sometimesGo out with family and friends to drink at local bars and sometimes to the supermarket

I like all the fast food restaurants that are nearby. It's very convenient when your in a rush or just don't want to cook.
