It id older but homes in great condition. Close to shopping. Well maintained homes. Increasing home values.

Parks, Amusement parks, movies, Arcades, restaurants, concerts, picnics, malls and shopping centers and beaches

It is close to a shopping center. I have everything close by so I don?t have to drive a far distance. I like my neighbors.

My neighborhood is unique because it has restaurants in walking distance it also has gas stores in walking distance and it has food line right across the street you can also catch the bus from place to place and it?s very convenient to our elderly people .

Well I love live in my neighborhood because is so quiet the person respect the speed limit is important because in our neighborhood have a lots of children

That everybody is friendly and helpful to one another. There are community pools that have neighborhood cook outs and gatherings some time yard sales.
