Large lots and brick homes. Retail and grocery stores close to neighborhood. Near by parks and trails.

Most neighbors keep their property up. Neighbors are friendly. Park in the neighborhood. Schools nearby. Grocery stores and convenient stores in walking distance.

I like most about the area is Anderson Park across from us and the high school when the kids are practicing or the small kiddie park right in walking distance for the grand babies when they come to visit. . Then there is festival foods right the road. And the bus stops in front of the building. Love it around here

dead end road and near schools and police dept. Older comunity that has established families that have lived here forever. We have alot of local business and pretty much feel safe traveling around

it's filled with white people its diversity favorite local business is every boba shop in clt Shopping or just to an amusement park

I have (mostly) good neighbors. There are many trees, and people generally keep their lawns looking presentable. It is usually quiet at night, and I feel safe.
