I like the restaurants and some of the small town pubs nearby. There are a lot of old historical looking buildings. And some cute little independent businesses

Large lots and brick homes. Retail and grocery stores close to neighborhood. Near by parks and trails.

Most neighbors keep their property up. Neighbors are friendly. Park in the neighborhood. Schools nearby. Grocery stores and convenient stores in walking distance.

it's filled with white people its diversity favorite local business is every boba shop in clt Shopping or just to an amusement park

I really like that the neighborhood is a bit safe and somewhat quiet. I also like that coffee shops are nearby.

The people are friendly. There is lots of get togethers with neighbors. I like the dogs and pets in the neighborhood. There is s nice park nearby.
