What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Grier Heights Charlotte

It is quiet, safe and has nice homes. The lots are nice and there are lots of trees in the yards around the streets. It fees safe to walk around when it is dark out.

It is close a many restaurants and coffee places along with grocery stores. I also really enjoy how it is close to local parks and play grounds so it always families to be able to go on walks or have a safe play for their children to play.

We have access to a beautiful greenway (can walk or drive to), which so many people enjoy. We are an 'up and coming' older area that is becoming revitalized. We have a Thursday night jam session near a local pizza place, food trucks, and a pottery show every 3 months or so. Neighbors are very involved in the community.

i like that everyone is friendly and takes care of their lawns. the kids can ride bikes and feel safe

I like the coffee shop near us best. I can relax there in my spare time,Talk to my friends,The first choice of party with friends

We also want to keep people's property safe We also want to ensure the safety of people's lives when they travel at night, which can be very reassuring
