What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About First Ward Charlotte

There were breweries, we used to go and drink beer, we used to go to parties, the head of the family would buy it, and there were lots of gifts

My community staff is very nice and enthusiastic. There is a shopping mall nearby and shopping is very convenient

Lots of activity, great greenery, great for family walks on the road.Play together downstairs in the community.

I like being close to uptown. I have friends close by, and there?s lots of restaurants close. I like that there is a lot of nightlife within walking distance as well.

Great neighborhood events. Beautiful park with facilities for all kinds of sports and events. Great local businesses.
