I like that there's a yoga studio and coffee shop. I like that it's still pretty green, even as things are being built out.

It's close to di end park which is nice but really jo restraughts. Grocery is about a mile away only.

Can't think of anything at the moment everything seems cool not sure at the moment maybe have a grocery store closer by

Close to downtown and businesses. New development with nice neighbors and good HOA. New businesses added and easily accessible mom and pop stores.

Love being able to walk to restaurants bars and coffee shops. Walkable to downtown and parks. Close to highways , close to public transit. Not a far distance from airport.
