Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. Near Broadway. Near the Hudson River. I like to see shows and go to nice restaurants of different ethnicities.

Bars, grocery store and movie theaters are near by. So many noises, even at nighttime. Loud car alarms

It is near the United Nations and has an international flavor. There are a fair variety of moderately priced restaurants. Museums and theater are nearby.

There are a few nice parks to visit. The ocean is near buy with lots of boats and places for swimming. Good local food in the area. Very friendly residents. Lots of thrift shops. Easy to travel around town.
