What Renters Like and Dislike About Manhattan Valley New York

Its a regular neighborhood. I dont know what else to say about it its kind of perfect the way it is. It can be sketchy but its a fine place to live at.

I love the history and architecture in my neighborhood. There are several parks within walking distance that offers a respit from city life.

The people are friendly and they know you by name sometimes and most of them know them by your name There are a lot of restaurants and stores where you can shop

Good restaurants. Good shopping. I like going to the restaurant to eat. The shopping in my neighborhood is good

There's nothing unique about the neighborhood. There's a westside market which carries all types of food and alot of healthy foods as well. I really don't like going with friends and family any particular place

everyone gets along.There is never any trouble or problems in my neighborhood.the property around my house is great it has alot of space and a beautiful view.
