What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Hunters Point New York

I can walk to anything I need. There's good entertainment around. There's a park not too far. There's a lot of great food.

I like my neighbored and that everything is walking distance but it doesn't matter what you think I am going with you to get the best for me I don't want you going with you I want

Close to the subways. Fairly quiet neighborhood for New York City. The streets have lanes for bikes and scooters which makes me feel safer when going out on my scooter

It has the East River Manhattan skyline view in the Gantry State Park. I have access to subway, trains and ferries.

I like to live near the supermarket because as long as I can live near the supermarket, I don't have to drive to the supermarket far away every day to buy things. As long as I want to eat, I can go out and buy snacks soon, which saves me a lot of time

Our neighborhood has numerous walking trails that lead to a pond and nearby stores. There are several community centers with pools and other activities.
