What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Harlem New York

I like that the neighborhood is walkable and has many public transport options. I can walk to the gym, supermarket, subway station and my primary care doctor. A small Starbucks is a good feature of the neighborhood, as well as a sitdown Ethiopian restaurant. A public pool and park is also a unique feature of the neighborhood.

Well to be honest I don't like to go anywhere with my family and friends and the neighborhood I live in too much violence

I love the diversity of people as well as activities. Living very close to Central Park is great for me as a runner. Also love having access to other great surrounding Neighborhoods and express trains to go downtown

I like that there are outdoor activities such as parks & pools. I also like that there are many options when using public transit and restaurants

Lots of local restaurants, great food, tourist come a long way to experience dining there. easy to get around, subway and buses , supermarkets and stores widely available

There is so many good places from all over the world. There are bunch of very affordable places like store and grocery shops
