Shops cute houses. Flowers People who care and take care of houses and each other. Nice restaurants and grocery stores nearby

It's a young neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants. There is considerable night life which is very fun!

it feels like home. close to bars and restaurants and parks all in walking distance. but i'd like to not advertise how great a place we live to prevent new folk from coming and forcing rent hikes!

Coney island and beach and arcade games to have fun or go to the YMCA to play basketball or go to crunch to work out also

We have taken many steps to deal with the dangers we every neighborhood now well no problem every body easy

I love to see my kids playing outside and I feel they are safe. I love to take a walk with my family and our dog
