What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Downtown Manhattan New York

My neighborhood has a lot of bars and shops but I do feel safe do to lie life people hanging around the streets at all hours

Lots of stores, restaurants and shops. Many high end residential buildings. Well known neighborhood.

It's convenient close to shops and schools. It's also close to public transportation so no cars are required.

My neighborhood as unique in that it is mostly a friendly neighborhood or people know each others, and each other's children and look out for each other

Alit of celebrities live here that I grew up with . Great restaurants and bars all the good stores. And trains and buses are close by

THE CITY THAT NEVER SLEEP, WAS RAISED HERE, SINCE I CAME FROM PUERTO RICO AT 2 YRS OLD, I HAVE BEEN IN THE SAME ZIP CODE SINCE FOREVER......
