There are many restaurants nearby. I prefer to have dinner with my family at weekends. This is a very good choice

There are many restaurants nearby. My family and I prefer to go to the restaurant for dinner on weekends

There are a few nice parks to visit. The ocean is near buy with lots of boats and places for swimming. Good local food in the area. Very friendly residents. Lots of thrift shops. Easy to travel around town.

Nothing is really mentionable. I guess the fact that it's pet friendly and bike friendly. Also there is warehouse work in the neighborhood

I like that there are a lot of families around. I like there are a lot of bar and restaurants to choose from

I do not like the neighborhood. It is scary and unsafe, even these close parks are something serious.. I am trying to avoid areas.
