What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Central Harlem New York

I like that the neighborhood is walkable and has many public transport options. I can walk to the gym, supermarket, subway station and my primary care doctor. A small Starbucks is a good feature of the neighborhood, as well as a sitdown Ethiopian restaurant. A public pool and park is also a unique feature of the neighborhood.

I love the diversity of people as well as activities. Living very close to Central Park is great for me as a runner. Also love having access to other great surrounding Neighborhoods and express trains to go downtown

Lots of local restaurants, great food, tourist come a long way to experience dining there. easy to get around, subway and buses , supermarkets and stores widely available

We live very close to Central Park as well as Columbia University, which greatly enriches the neighborhood.

The proximity of Central Park, the size of my block and the building. Not too big, very personable. The buildings around my block are old and very beautiful. For the most part the architecture is stylish and very pretty to look at

Very convinient location easy to do everything and close to anywhere. I usually like to visit shopping mall every weekend for house hold needs.
