We have big parks to barbecue playground we have a nice boardwalk, We like we can get out and go to some of the attractions in the neighborhood, We have real good neighbors

It's a historic district so lots of old beautiful facades and it feels like a completely different neighbourhood in Brooklyn. There are lots of local small business and hardly any big names which I absolutely love.Love the access to water and great transportation- subway, buses and ferry

i like that it is safe to go outside, i also like that everyone is friendly towards each other and i also love the school system

A lot of space. No one bothers me.And great fews with lots of .Good lighting . we have people cut our grass.
