What Renters Like and Dislike About Ventana Ranch Albuquerque

It's a very quiet neighborhood. Most of our neighbors seemed very friendly. Glee coexist with coyotes

Older neighborhood with larger lots, houses not so close together. Close to schools, parks, dog parks.

The area for the most part is nicer on this side of town, but it is exposed to all the other issues in the town. There is an hoa here that does and doesn't help. Does prevent some unsightly things from happening to most yards, but they complain about nonissues.

It's close to shopping; I don't have to go 20 miles across town to visit a mall. There are two hospitals and an urgent care center not far away.

It's quite, there is a park nearby, there a walking paths, and we are near two schools. Stores and some restaurants are near by so only takes a few minutes to drive to them.
